The CCA/SCCA and Oakley Partnership collaborate to offer an online training course – LGBTQ+ Healthcare: Key Considerations for Canadian Clinicians

The CCA and SCCA are delighted to announce a new collaboration with Oakley Partnership, who will be offering an online training course on “LGBTQ+ Healthcare: Key Considerations for Canadian Clinicians” as part of their commitment to supporting CCA and SCCA members in delivering equitable, affirming, and inclusive care for all. 

 

This online course is the first of its kind, providing participants with a robust understanding of both clinical and practical considerations to better meet the specific health needs of LGBTQ+ people. The course incorporates key components from Oakley Partnership’s flagship “Coaching Skills for Clinicians” to provide the most comprehensive and in-depth training on LGBTQ+ specific healthcare and communication that is currently available.
